Orders
Below are some of are common questions about orders
You will receive an automatic email upon placing your order to let you know the payment was successful and that we have received your order.
We will then send you a second email to let you know your order is on its way.
Klarna is a Swedish run payment alternative that allows you to split up large purchases over multiple instalments through their system, meaning you pay less now. Perfect if you are eying up some of our precious gemstone dice or bundles.

Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
For inside the United Kingdom:
Royal Mail 48 (tracked 2 working days) - £2.50
OR
Royal Mail 24 (tracked 1 working day) - £3.00
International orders (EU)
Royal Mail International (not tracked 3 to 5 working days) - £2.50
OR
Royal Mail International (tracked 3 to 5 working days) - £7.50
International orders (USA+Worldwide)
Royal Mail International (not tracked 6 to 7 working days) - £3.00
OR
Royal Mail International (tracked 6 to 7 working days) - £7.50
Free shipping is available for orders £50 or more, and only for orders within the United Kingdom. These will be posted using Royal Mail Tracked 48. If you require your order faster than that option, you will need to pay for the Royal mail 24 option.
You can change your shipping address after placing your order by emailing admin@luxgames.co.uk
However if you have received your shipping confirmation email then it is too late to change your shipping address as your parcel is on its way. If this will effect you receiving your parcel then please do still contact us at the above email and we will try and assist in any way we can, but are unable to promise a change to postal address.
Yes we do! The postal cost for orders outside of the United Kingdom may be higher that our standard postal prices. Please also note free postage is option is only available for orders within the United Kingdom.
To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@luxgames.co.ukPlease note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Kelly House, 1 Warick Road, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent, England, TN1 1YL
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

There are alternate options for if a product is faulty, if you would like to exchange it for another or if you would like a replacement. To discuss these further please email customerservice@luxgames.co.uk
Delayed: If your order has been delayed in anyway you are entitled to claim a refund within 14 days of placing the order. Please see returns policy for more information.
Lost: If your order has been lost via Royal Mail or other postal service then please contact us at customerservice@luxgames.co.uk and we will look to make right the missing order. Please note we will investigate all claims with our courier service. If it is deemed that the item is indeed lost you can either: a) ask for it to be redelivered and we will post the order again OR b) refund your order if you claim within 30 days.
Misrouted: If the order was misrouted by the mistake of Lux Games we will endeavour to make right the situation and either refund or send out a new order as soon as able. If you believe this has occurred please contact customerservice@luxgames.co.uk as soon as possible.
If it is determined that your order was misrouted by yourself (such as stating the wrong postal address, which if you have please see our "Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed" FAQ) then Lux Games is not liable for the mistake and will not refund or send replacement items. Please note that if you contact us as soon as possible after the mistake we will do everything within our power to assist you getting your items to the correct location, but cannot guarantee any changes.
Products

If something is out of stock, it is likely we have already placed an order with the manufacturer to get them back in. Please do email us at admin@luxgames.co.uk to enquire about a particular range!
The majority of our dice and products we stock are manufactured by unique manufacturers that do not always sell their own products at retail level. Lux Games does produce our own designs which we have manufactured by other companies along side stocking their products.
Some of our products are hand made by a producer or manufacturer which will be denoted in the item descriptions.
